ALBA Day of Practice

A day of lay practice,reflection and discussion led by Chris Ward.

Guidance will be provided and newcomers are welcome.

Registration will begin in the Retreat Centre kitchen from 9.30 am
for a prompt 10.00 am start in the Retreat Centre Shrine Room.

Please bring some prepared food to the Retreat Centre kitchen for a shared
vegetarian lunch.

There will be tea at 5.00 pm after the closing session.
