ALBA Weekend Retreat 11 - 13 April

The peace of uncertainty - coping with life’s changes
Led by Chris Ward

Most of us live lives that are busy, challenging and often confusing. As we age we experience wake up calls—bereavement, sickness, caring for elderly relatives, loss of livelihood, and obvious evidence of the aging process itself.

We are bombarded with advice and solutions to our problems from a range of experts. How can we deal with the uncertainty that we experience?

The Buddha taught the path to awakening. How can we awaken to the truth—the Dhamma—and realise peace amidst uncertainty? Come and join like-minded companions for a weekend of silent sitting and walking meditation practice, yoga, Buddhist teachings, and discussion.

Organised by the Amaravati Lay Buddhist Association (ALBA)
