ALBA Winter Day of Practice

A day of lay practice and reflection led by Alison Moore

Meet in the Retreat Centre kitchen at 9.45 am
for a 10.00 am start in the Retreat Centre Shrine Room.

You are invited to bring food to the Retreat Centre kitchen
towards a shared vegetarian lunch.

There will be tea at 5.00 pm after the closing session.

No booking required.  No fee.  All are welcome.
